Eton II

This home was designed with a warm, Mediterranean-influenced feel, using arched openings, black steel-style windows, wide-plank oak floors, and a mix of painted and wood cabinetry to give the interiors more character than a standard white-on-white new build. The kitchen combines a large island, plaster-style hood, and strong window lines to make the space feel both functional and architectural, while the living areas were kept open and bright with oversized glazing and simple layered finishes. In the bathrooms, natural stone, warm wood tones, and softer forms continue the same language, giving the house a consistent feel throughout.
