This multi project was designed around a warm, contemporary palette with stronger architectural detailing than typical new construction. Wood tones and darker base millwork, rounded feature elements, vertical texture, and soft stone surfaces were used to give the interiors more depth and character. In the living area, the fireplace wall and built-in shelving create a clear focal point, while the kitchen combines warm wood tones with darker accents to keep the space feeling grounded and tailored. The result is a home that feels current, cohesive, and more custom in its overall expression.
