This West End Vancouver rental was designed with a more playful, design-forward approach to help the unit stand out in the market and support stronger rental value. Rather than keeping everything generic, we leaned into contrast, texture, and a slightly funkier feel – using slatted wall detailing, sculptural lighting, bold curves, layered stone-look surfaces, and a tighter, more stylized palette to give the space a distinct identity. The result is a compact rental that feels memorable, elevated, and far more custom than a typical investment property.
