Large expanses of glass, carefully integrated millwork, and a restrained, layered palette create a calm and cohesive feel throughout. Materials were carried from the exterior into the interior to soften the transition between inside and out, reinforcing the home’s connection to its setting. Every space was considered in relation to light, view, and flow, resulting in a contemporary waterfront home that feels polished, relaxed, and quietly luxurious.
